Turn on the television, tune in the channel to 91, press the MENU button, then PICTURE button, exit the menu press red, green and menu button on the remote control.
Pressing: MENU 6, 4, 8, 3. Displays the text "TEST". select VCHIP.
Now you can select the number (1,2,3,4, 7,8,9) to enter the different settings menus. To exit press POWER button.
