Use your television remote control or universal remote to enter factory mode.
ACER LCD Computer Monitor
Press and hold the "AUTO" & "MENU" button
Press the "POWER" to turn on the Acer LCD monitor.
Press the "MENU" button and you will see the OSD displayed on the screen, you will see an additional option and you may select it, you will enter the service mode.
