TOSHIBA Aliquid Crystal Display TV service mode is the code to enter into the condition of “Factory Mode“. In terms repair television there are several ways, including using the code number or alphabet or a combination of both.I was using hardware tricks to the way right at the point to short/jumper / or provided in the switch

Set the tv volume to 0 and hold the volume down button, while holding the number 9 on the remote control, it should pop up.
OR
Press the MENU button on your Toshiba TV remote or universal remote .
Highlight the “Picture” icon. input the key 9,3,0,1 on the remote control.
The Service Menu will be displayed on the screen;
“Options” – “Adjustments” – “Selections” Use the OK key to access and navigate through these modes.
to select the parameter use channel +/- and volume up or down to change the value settings.
To exit and save press  MENU button.

Service mode code is the mode where we can restore or repair the setting of television programs system into the new conditions or reset to Standard Factory Mode. If there are errors in the command key presses can cause permanent damage or other damage that may occur.
