Turn on the TV and point it right into the TV remote.
Press and hold the "S" until the LED lights up.
Press the "Vol +" (volume +) once, watch TV is there to show signs of the volume of the TV, if not repeat step 3 to this.
After showing signs of the TV volume, press the volume button is not to check if the remote is running normally, eg by pressing the number keys.
