You add password to the television system use program lock ?...
You lost the password and does not remember the code ?...
Restore the password use the master code and please remember the password when you use the cild lock, easy to remeber is recommended password to you.
Program Lock
TO Unlock: Press key-symbol and enter the number 6 1 0 1 on remote control of Siemens SAT television.
If the code fail to unlock you can contact the television manufacture or service center near in your town or call a profesional electronic technician.

To open the TV child lock press 3, 3, 0, and 8 (time interval of 4 to 5 seconds)
 On many devices, pressing and holding the POWER or START button for 3-5 seconds will set or release a tamper lock.
 And some/many tvs have a universal code that will work, regardless of what code the user set as well. 0000, 1234, 1111, simple things like that...
The buttons on TV are locked (also the soft power button and the menu).
On cracking the code: First try easy numbers like 1234, etc. Then do a straight run from 0000 to 9999. Once you get going, you'll get faster.

Plus - maybe the original person set a simple code like that, there are only 9999 possibilities

You almost certainly need the remote, and also the Bellagio TV service manual that hopefully will tell you how to unlock it, however an instruction manual might tell you as well.
