Microcontroller configuration : Service mode factory menu
How To switch the TV unit into factory mode, follow instruction below.
Select program 91, Adjust sharpness to minimum and exit all menu.
Quickly press the button sequence " RED - GREEN - MENU "
To exit factory mode press menu button or power button.
In factory Mode press “OK” button to stop the microcontroller.
Press “OK” button again to allow the microcontroller to control the set again.

1 - G2 alignment
- Set TV in NORMAL I mode
- TV in AV mode without video signal ? Black screen.
- TV preset with WP Red, WP Green and WP Blue equal to 32.
- TV preset with Black R, Black G equal to 8.
- Adjust screen volume ( on FBT ) such that the highest cathode cut-off voltage measured on CRT board, is Vcut-off ± 5V.

2 - Daewoo CP-185M White balance
- Select a dark picture and adjust Black G and Black R to the desired colour temperature.
- Select a bright picture and adjust WP Red, WP Green, WP Blue to the desired colour temperature.

1. SERVICE MODE ADJUSTMENTS.
Follow the steps below whenever service adjustment is required.
1) How to enter the service mode using the user remote control.
• Turn the set on.
• Direct the remote control to the reception window of TV.
• Push buttons of remote control in sequence as follows.
    1 -> MUTE -> DISPLAY -> MUTE
• Using the channel up or channel down button, select the item you wish to adjust.
(The color of selected item turns into the red.)
• Press the volume up or down button to enter in the service mode you wish to adjust.
2) How to memorize the adjusted values in the service mode.
• Must press DISPLAY button the state which the screen is displaying each of service menus
after all adjustments are completed each of all service menu.

2. ASSEMBLY ADJUSTMENTS
1) SCREEN ADJUSTMENT (S2)
• Enter the service mode and select service adjustment S2.
• You can see the one horizontal line on the screen.
• Adjust the Screen Control Volume (located on FBT) so that the horizontal line onscreen may be
disappeared.
• Press the volume up or down button to exit in the screen adjustment mode.

2) FOCUS ADJUSTMENT Daewoo Audivic DTH 141/201
• Turn is a local station and adjust the Focus Control knob (located on FBT) for best picture
details at hight condition.
3) RF AGC DELAY ADJUSTMENT (S5)
• Receive a good local channel.
• Enter the service mode and select service adjustment S5.
• You can see the OSD as shown in below.
• Select RFAGCD item, press the volume up or down button until noise or beat in picture disappears.
• Press the DISPLAY button to memorize the data.
4) GEOMETRIC ADJUSTMENTS (S6)
• Enter the service mode and select service adjustment S7.
• Whenever you select the “S7” using the volume up or down button, the screen is changing like this.

• Using the volume up or down button, select internal cross pattern.
• Select service adjustment S6
• You can see the OSD as shown in below.
4-1. Horizontal Position Adjustment
• Select H.PHASE item, adjust H.PHASE data value to obtain proper horizontal centering of the
internal cross pattern at the left and right of the screen.
4-2. Vertical Position Adjustment
• Select V.POSI item, adjust V.POSI data value to center the raster properly on the screen.
4-3. Vertical Size Adjustment
• Select “V.SIZE” item, adjust “V.SIZE” data value to proper vertical size as follows.
5) WHITE BALANCE ADJUSTMENT (S8)
• Receive a good local channel.
• Enter the service mode and select service adjustment S8.
• You can see the OSD as shown in below.
• Using volume up or volume down, adjust service adjustment data of RD/GD/BD and RB/GB/BB until a good
gray scale with normal whites is obtained. ALIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS
• Press the DISPLAY button to memorize the data.
6) DIGITAL PRESET (D.P) ADJUSTMENTS (S9) Daewoo Audivic DTH 141/201
SUBBRIGHTNESS ADJUSTMENT
• Receive a good local channel.
• Enter the service mode and select service adjustment S9.
• You can see the OSD as shoown in below.
• Select Subbrightness item, adjust Subbrightness data value to obtain normal brightness level.
• Press the DISPLAY button to memorize the data.
CONTRAST
• Fixed value = 27
TINT
• Fixed value = 35
COLOR
• Fixed value = 25
7) FACTORY OUTGOING MODE ( S12 : FACT ) Daewoo Audivic DTH 141/201
• If you select the S12, then the set becomes factory outgoing status.
• You can see the OSD “outgoing OK”

To enter the service menu factory mode, press Red button and Green button and MENU key on Ch.91
Then, Service Mode 1 is displayed. If press MODE key, Service Mode 2 is displayed.
Press channel up or channel down to select parameter item.
Press volume up or down to change the value settings.
Use menu button to return step.
Use OK button to save and exit from factory mode.

ADJUSTMENT
Service Mode 1 => DDPC 3316_1 => Screen
Adjust Screen Volume of FBT until the horizontal line is just disappeared.
FOCUS ADJUSTMENT
Adjust with the Focus volume on the FBT until you get the most clear resolution of 350 line
and corner of screen.
Focus volume on the FBT is consist of two part - vertical focus and horizontal focus.
WHITE BALANCE ADJUSTMENT

# High-Beam Adjustment
Service Mode 1 => Tube Measurement => WD_R, WD_G
Adjust R,G bars in the high beam on the instrument may be located in the center.(B DRV is
Fixed.)
# Low-Beam Adjustment
Service Mode 1 => Tube Measurement => CUT_R, CUT_G
Adjust R,G bars in the low beam on the instrument may be located in the center.(B BIAS is
Fixed.)

The reference coordinates are X = 288, Y = 302”
VERTICAL CENTER Adjustment
Service Mode 1 => Vertical Geometry => Ver. Center
Adjust to harmonize RETMA pattern’s upper marking with Lower marking.
VERTICL SIZE Adjustment
Service Mode 1 => Vertical Geometry => Ver. Size
Adjust so that the Upper and the Lower ‘4’ marks of the RETMA pattern may be located at
the boundaries of the screen.
HORIZONTAL CENTER Adjustment
Service Mode 1 => Hor. Geometry => Hor. Center
Adjust to harmonize the position of RETMA pattern’s Left side with Right side.

HORIZONTAL WIDTH Adjustment
Service Mode 1 => Hor. Geometry => Hor. Width
Adjust so that the Left and the Right ‘5’ marks of the RETMA pattern may be located at the
boundaries of the screen.
PINCUSHION Adjustment
(1) Parabola Adjustment
Service Mode 1 => Hor. Geometry => Cushion
Adjust so that the Left and Right edge’s vertical line may be straight.
(2) Corner Top/Bottom or Top 6th/Bottom 6th
Service Mode 1 => Hor. Geometry => Corner Top/Corner Bottom or Corner Top 6th/Corner
Bottom 6th
Adjust so that the Upper and the Lower corner’s vertical line may be straight.
(3) Trapeze Adjustment

(4) Angle Adjustment

(5) Bow Adjustment

Press the blue button on the remote control
Press the yellow button on the remote control
Press the pink button
Press the green button
The key "0" disables the auto-tracking to do the calibration. It 'important to use a tape of good quality to perform the calibration.
To cancel the child lock, press the following sequence in less than 5 seconds:
Keys: Blue-Yellow - Green and Red.

Turn on Power press the following sequence on the remote control: 1, MUTE,

To return or end press MENU. To save changes press DISPLAY before exiting.
Turn off TV, press the remote control, the following sequence: DISPLAY

a sub-menu:
