Entering Factory Mode for Benq LCD Monitor. BENQ LCD Monitor -To old model: First turn off the monitor, then press and hold the "MENU" , "EXIT" and then press the "POWER" button, after the monitor turns on you press the "i" button to open the service mode / factory mode.
BENQ LCD Monitor-To new model: First turn off the monitor, then press the "POWER", "SELECT", and "MENU" button simultaneously.
If the monitor has been switch on, press the "V" to log into the factory mode.
